If you're new to virtual worlds, you should have a quick look at the Virtual Worlds page to take
all the mystery out of it.
To date, I've named all my virtual continents "Irukandji". The
word takes its name from the jellyfish, which in turn takes its name
from an Aboriginal tribe in North Queensland.
The Irukandji
Continent has existed and still exists in several forms.
Its original and most famous form comprised 59 simulators on the Second Life grid between February 2007 and January 2010.
A larger one is currently being built offline on the You3D grid
where I'm ironing out the bugs ahead of opening up the grid for public
use.
Once that project is completed, I want to build a grid based
on my Khataria novels to make sets of the cities and so on.
Listed below are the four variations of Irukandji so far.
