Irukandji Virtual World Grids

If you're new to virtual worlds, you should have a quick look at the Virtual Worlds page to take all the mystery out of it.

Irukandji Flag and Motto To date, I've named all my virtual continents "Irukandji".  The word takes its name from the jellyfish, which in turn takes its name from an Aboriginal tribe in North Queensland.

The Irukandji Continent has existed and still exists in several forms.

Its original and most famous form comprised 59 simulators on the Second Life grid between February 2007 and January 2010.

A larger one is currently being built offline on the You3D grid where I'm ironing out the bugs ahead of opening up the grid for public use.

Once that project is completed, I want to build a grid based on my Khataria novels to make sets of the cities and so on.

Listed below are the four variations of Irukandji so far.

'The Kingdom of Irukandji' on the Second Life grid (2007-2009)

Irukandji on the SpotOn3D grid (2011) - details to come

Irukandji on the You3D Grid (2011-current)- details to come

New Irukandji on the Second Life grid (2011-current) - details to come
